Online Returns Policy
If you wish to return your online purchase for any reason, you must do so with 14 days to Raw Menswear. 20 Regent Rd. Great Yaymouth, Norfolk, NR30 2AF. Or in person to our store: Raw Menswear, at the same address as above. Refunds will only be issued on garments returned to us in the same unused condition that you received it. All garments must still have the tags attached & in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on underwear unless faulty.
We cannot refund Gift Vouchers
Once your return has been received & inspected we will contact you to notify you that your item has been received & approved. We will refund your money back to you via your original payment method.
All returns are sent back at the expense of the customer, and advise that you request either a tracking number or proof of postage.
We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

In-Store Returns Policy
If you wish to return anything purchased in-store, you must return it to us in store with 28 days with proof of purchase for an exchange or credit note. All original tickets must still be attached, and the garments must be in the same clean & unworn condition that you received them. We do not offer refunds for any in-store purchases. We offer fitting rooms for you to try garments on before purchasing, and we do clearly display our returns policy at the cash desk.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Taxes and Duties
In some circumstances you may be required to pay customs duties and/or taxes on the good you have purchased. Any local fees such as these are not included on your invoice from Raw Menswear and will need to be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges so it is always best to check your local postal information websites for a full explanation of any charges that might be levied before your parcel reaches you.
Please mark all returns as such to avoid import duty when the goods re-enter the UK. These costs will be deducted from your refund should we be liable.
